Our approach

A value that holds up in negotiation.

We correct EBITDA, compare your company with the market and stay with you until closing.

Corrected value

Book profit is rarely what a buyer considers. We adjust EBITDA item by item until it reaches a number that holds up in negotiation.

Market knowledge

We compare your company with businesses and deals of the same industry and size, to know where it sits in the range and why.

Support to closing

From the first number to the signature: we prepare the materials, talk to buyers and read every offer by your side.

Who it is for

The right answer for every moment of your company.

Whether you want to sell your business, review an offer or bring in a partner, the study starts from your goal.

The question you are asking

Is this price fair? Do I accept, decline or negotiate?

What the study delivers

  • An independent value range to compare with the offer
  • A read of the offer: cash at closing, earn-out, holdback and warranties
  • A counteroffer built on assumptions the buyer cannot dismiss
See how it works

  • Preparation: clean numbers and materials for buyers
  • A confidential buyer search and negotiation through to the contract

The question you are asking

What is each partner’s share worth, and how should it be paid?

What the study delivers

  • The value of the company and of each partner’s share, with a valuation date
  • A read of what the bylaws and the partners’ agreement say
  • Written assumptions and a payment plan both sides can accept
See how it works

How do I find out what my business is worth?

The most common approach is to multiply EBITDA (operating profit) by an industry multiple and subtract net debt. A full valuation cross-checks this with a discounted cash flow and adjusts profit for items a buyer will not have.

Is the calculator free?

Yes. It gives an indicative value range from your industry, EBITDA, debt and four risk factors. No sign-up is needed to see the result.

Do you work with companies outside Brazil?

Yes. We work in English, Portuguese and Spanish, with owners who want to sell and with foreign investors who want to understand the value of a Brazilian company.

Is my company’s information kept confidential?

Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving any numbers, and in a sale process the company is only identified to qualified buyers.
