Our approach

A value that holds up in negotiation.

We correct EBITDA, compare your company with the market and stay with you until closing.

Corrected value

Book profit is rarely what a buyer considers. We adjust EBITDA item by item until it reaches a number that holds up in negotiation.

Market knowledge

We compare your company with businesses and deals of the same industry and size, to know where it sits in the range and why.

Support to closing

From the first number to the signature: we prepare the materials, talk to buyers and read every offer by your side.

The study

What is the difference between a valuation and a formal valuation report?

A valuation is the analysis of what the company is worth. A formal report documents that analysis and is sometimes required in shareholder or legal proceedings. Tell us your goal and we will suggest the right format.

How long does a valuation take?

Usually two to four weeks after we receive the documents, depending on company size and how organized the numbers are.

Do I need audited financial statements?

No. We work with the numbers the company has and point out in the report what a buyer will question.
